Shipping to Mainland Spain

Products are shipped 2 to 4 business days after the customer places an order. Delivery times for packages range from 3 to 7 business days after the package is shipped. A tracking number will be provided with each order. Itscalled Mimi cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

Shipping to Europe, Internationally, and to DOM-TOM

Products are shipped 2 to 4 business days after the customer places an order. Delivery times for packages are generally 4 to 10 business days after the package is shipped. Customs fees and any other taxes are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be provided with each order. Itscalled Mimi cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

Is it possible to return an order?

Itscalled Mimi does not accept returns. The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the details of each product before purchasing.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Refunds are only possible if the package has been damaged or lost. Photographic proof will be required for damaged packages. Proof of a lost package will be requested for lost shipments.
